A workspace is one project's governed memory — its decisions, rules, patterns and audit trail. Most people map one workspace per project, client or product. A focused workspace gives your AI tools sharper context and keeps the audit readable. Splitting a large project into parts? Sub-workspaces keep each part's memory clean while inheriting the parent's rules — they draw from the same plan quota.
Does my memory expire?
Not while you have an active plan — upgrading or downgrading never expires your project memory. The retention periods above apply to the audit trail only: how long the detailed change history is kept (30 days on Starter, 90 on Personal, 365 on Pro). If you cancel your account, data retention follows the Terms.
Does GAAI charge for AI usage?
No. LLM inference happens between your local agent and your AI provider directly. GAAI Cloud Memory charges for governed project memory, audit, workspace governance and support — you keep your AI vendor relationship direct.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time via your account settings. Annual plans are billed upfront.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major cards via Paddle (Merchant of Record). EU VAT handled automatically.
